Not cool for $50.00 coffee. When I tried to cancel, there is was no response. This was a bad experience for me and I don't know if I will do business with them again. I had bought it before and was satisfied. The next time I bought it I was basically put on a list and THEY decided to send it to me without checking with me first.
We understand that JBM often has a "mild" flavor, but when we brewed it at a regular setting, it was very thin. However, the coffee did not live up to our expectations. We had to grind almost twice as many beans as normal to get a good taste; this used up our beans really fast. I wish I could give a better review. On the positive, the delivery of the coffee was SUPER FAST and friendly, and the re-sealable package was top notch.
